How to create a new UDC & attach to DD Item on Form in Application?

Dear All,

I would like to know that,

How to create a new UDC ?

How to attach the same UDC to any DD Item exist on Form in Application?

Requirement:

There is a need of a new field on application form(Fix and Inspect Form) with "predefined list of values" (select from UDC/Dropdown).

This is a custom requirement so I would like to create a new UDC without disturbing standard ones.

Product Details:

Application Release: E 9.1

Tool Release : 9.1.4.4.
