Is there way to setting the requisition approval in commodity&BU combination?

I have define the multiple commodity structure such as CAPITAL & NON-Stock Consumable by commodity structure application in Requisition Self Service application.

Also I set up the Approval constant application Commodity/Bu combination and set the approval authority as

Employee ABC as for CAPITAL and 

Employee XYZ for Non-Stock Consumable.

The requisition only for commodity Non-stock consumables are  displaying for approval in Approval application P43E82 and also Requisition Inquiry Application P43E15.

Please advice how to appear for approval as commodity wise?
