UBE Specification Problem on server

Hello,

During the submission on report version for the some standard report functional guys facing the problem i.e "The specification do not have on server" for py, but the same thing in running for the DV.

I have also deploy the all version and UBE template for solving the issue but no luck.

We are using jde 9.1 with TR 9.1.5.3 with SQL DB on Windows platform .

Please help
