Physical Standby IP change

Hello every body,

I need a help for a critical action i prepare to do on my Physical Standby Database. It's RAC to Physical Standby configuration.

How to change only the IP adresse on the Physical Standby database and ensure that the log apply will begin after the change. The physical Standby database is a ASM configuration.
