Dear Oracle Support Community,

Has anyone installed Oracle 11gR2 or Oracle 12cR1 on RHEL or Oracle Enterprise Linux on Hype-V ?

Could you please share any references to the best practices with regards to the same ?

We have expertise on installing Oracle Databases on VMWare and there are many best practice documents published by VMWare but I couldn't find any with regards to Hyper-V.

One additional clarification is with regards to the certification.

According to the below Oracle Support Document - RHEL is not being listed as being a supported guest operating system on Microsoft Windows Server 2012 Hyper-V
