My Watches in diagnostic module (WLDF) are not being triggered

I have set up diagnostic module (without using the template) on WebLogic 12.1.3.0.6 version server, created three different watch rules and associated them with one Notification (SMTP-email alert)). I set up the log severity at INFO, targeted it to the managed servers, and enabled the watches. But still, the watch rule is not triggered when the rule (message = ORA-010107 is evaluated to 'true' after I simulated that error in the log. I double checked each and every minute details but of no luck. Irony is that I did set it test it successfully 6 months ago. I don't know
