[INS-32104] Specified Oracle Home user is not the owner of the specified Oracle Base

I just installed a new Oracle Enterprise 12c for testing into C:\Oracle12 as Oracle base and C:\Oracle12\product\12.1.0\dbhome_1 as the ORACLE_HOME.

I used the windows built-in account in the windows 2008 server. The installation when fine without issue.

However when I tried to installed the Oracle client and use the same windows built-in account option to install with ORACLE_BASE=C:\Oracle12 and software location of the client specified to C:\Oracle12\client64 it does not allowed and throw out the error

[INS-32104] Specified Oracle Home user is not the owner of the specified Oracle Base

I used the same windows built-in account choice, however it still came out with the error above.
