How to restrict Enterprise Manager Access to users other than SYS or System

Hi,

I have a standalone oracle 11g database server, I want to restrict the EM access to users other than SYS or SYSTEM. I have some of the schemas (i.e. sales,inventory) with DBA role granted and they are able to login to EM, I want to restrict access of EM to these users. How can I achieve that please?
