How to create vertical scroll Bar for all List Applets in Open UI

Hi,

In HI, Vertical scroll bar in List applet helps the users to navigate to Last record easily. However in Open UI,User feeling diffcult to navigate to Last records using the down buttons.For instance, Applet has 1000 records.User wants to navigate Last record.It is easy to go 1000 record easily in HI version.

Please suggest.
