Move buttons From Right to Left in Open UI

Hi,

We have a requirement to move buttons from Right to Left in Open UI,which is expected same as HI. The reason is all the custom buttons appear on Left hand side,where as New,Query,Menu buttons are displaying Right hand side.Users wants all buttons one side.

Please suggest.
