Why only Existing "Unknown" credit card brand are working for so ??

Hi,

Is there anyone who cal help to solve the problem. Only existing "Unknown" credit card are working to create a sales order successfully. others are not working even whenever I m trying to add a new Card Brand and try to create a sales order system notify me  

****Unable to set up a Credit Card Bank Account for the customer.

credit card information on the order is not valid

I m working on this issue to solve this from many days but till now getting this notification.I need to create sales order with credit card payment .if any one do this successfully please help me out
