Service Agreement not getting created automatically while ordering Service from OM.

Hi Team,

Service Agreement is not getting created automatically in Oracle Service Contract while trying to order Service from Oracle Order Management.

It gets created automatically when I am using the 'Service Reference Type' as 'Customer Product'. However,it does not get created if I am using the 'Service Reference Type' as 'Order'.

We are in Relase 12.2.5.

Also, please let me know the Order Type and Line Type which needs to be used when we are selling service when the 'Service Reference Type' is 'Order'
