OEM Cloud Control 12c how do I add a new pluggable database to show up in my Target - Databases

I have an RAC container database running on my Exadata that has 5 pluggable databases. In OEM Cloud Control 12c I only see 4 of these PDBs.  How to I add my new PDB so it shows under my Targets - Databases?

I have been searching thru documentation and I can't find what I am looking for.

Any help would be appreciated.
