Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. While uploading rtf template i am getting IO error

Hi,

I have a custom report for which i am uploading rtf template and it is giving me below error.

Exception Details.

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.io.IOException: ORA-01114: IO error writing block to file (block # )
