Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Have a business case where I need to integrate with third application to create receipts and need to perform the following:

1. Receipt application should flow the rule of first apply ,first due date . and prevent any miss application.

2. Receipt (unapplied / cancelation) should follow the opposite rules , last un-apply .

can I perform the mentioned needs using the lockboxes? and if yes how to use it in the second requirement?
