Production Scheduling - How to create Work Order filter in PS to group few FG items

We are trying to create a Work Order filter for Top 20 FG items in PS . The only way I could create filter is by grouping operation. But every time PS Model is opened from Server the operation group created disappears. Is there anyway we can create a permanent operation group in EBS which can be used to filter work orders in PS . If not is there any other way this requirement can be achieved.
