Where to enter shipping/freight charges on a Requisition/Purchase Order?

Hi everyone,

This seems like an easy question, but maybe not as straightforward as I thought. Where can we add Shipping/Freight charges when we create a Requistion and PO? Our users are actually creating extra lines on the purchase orders to account for the shipping charges, and we think there must be an easier way to do this.
