HFM 11.1.2.4.200 import application issue

Good day

I installed patch 200 for HFM for the import application functionality to import 11.1.2.0 application into new environment

when I try to select source application from import application ,it doesn't show any application ,

I created a link server to SQL but still ,doesn't show the application in the drop down box to import

anybody have idea how to fix this ?
