FSG : Drill down transaction link form FSG amount have error "FRM-92101"

User submits the report by directly selecting the submission form from the main menu without opening any form

then issue is not happening. User first log into application. Opens any form. Then goes to report submission.

Then user getting the form error on drill down after View Transaction is selected.
