Is it possible to use the standard API "FA_TRANSFER_PUB.DO_TRANSFER" to transfer a asset to another

Hi, We are using oracle ebusiness suite version R11.5.10. We would like to know can we use the standard API "FA_TRANSFER_PUB.DO_TRANSFER" to transfer a asset to another asset? Please kindly advise. Thanks.
