ntp.conf deleted on ODA12.1.2.6.0

Hi all,

I developed brand-new 12.1.2.6 environment, and noticed that after applied the Patch Bundle, ntp.conf was deleted.

Even after oakcli deploy, ntp.conf shows only:

Is it the expected behavior on 12.1.2.6??  In previous version, these description were at the top followed by designated ntp servers.
