FND_FLEX_PLSQL validation working from core not from SSHR

Validations are not working from SSHR , we have one SIT with 17 segments displayed in core but only 13 are displayed in SSHR .

Validations are not firing from SSHR but it is working from core.

Debugged the FND_FLEX_PLSQL and it raising the error to FND_FLEX_SERVER package , however the error message is not displayed and it allows to continue.

Profile FLEXFIELD: Validate on server is set to yes .

Can anyone please help ?
