Example of Audit Trail / Notes

Hi All,

We are on a upgrade process and looking for new features and functionalities.

Can we have screen shots of Audit Trail and Notes used in Worksheets. We have some Qtrly worksheets and monthly worksheets ..so looking at best practices for keeping Audit trail and notes.


Can someone direct me to documentation which shows some screen shots to get an idea.
