Bulkplan Terminate doesn't work
Hello,
We are seeing issues with our OTM bulk plan's not getting Terminated when we perform the Terminate action. It goes to INTERRUPTED status and stays in it. If we trigger or schedule another bulk plan while the other one stays as Interrupted, the terminated one starts running again and newly scheduled one shows running without selecting any orders.
Also we started seeing recently that scheduled bulk plans keeps running for hours without even selecting the orders, that's when we wanted to terminate those bulk plans and trigger again.
We are into OTM v6.2.8 and a scalability enabled environment.
Any insights on the issue and what might be causing it would be really helpdful.
