MRP process manufacturing -incorrect planned order quantities

Hi,

Running JDE Enterprise One 9.1 and running into an issue with planned WO generation from R3483.  We are generating 2 lanes of the same product and therefore, 2 entries for the same co-product.  MRP is generating planned WO's for 1/2 of the required quantities.  In reviewing the set up, we have the BOM set up to create 1 unit in each lane.  When trying to adjust the co/by's quantities in P3002P to .5, we're getting the error that each lane must be greater than 1.  Is this the way to correct this issue?  Or Is there a work-around for this
