Wanted to know if anyone has achieved a way to calculate tax before discount using EBTax?

We are creating orders from the WEB which comes in with discounts through promocode. When importing orders in OM, we would want to calculate tax on the total selling price before discount is applied.

We are on R12.2.3 and wanted to know if there is a way that this can be achieved through rules or any setups in EBTax?
