There is a bug with the min-max planning report. Release 12.1.3

 

Let’s say today is March 29^th.

 

I have the following parameters in place:

 

• Lead time for item ABC is 15 days. Supplier requires 1 day and transportation 14 days;
• I have 2 BPA for the item ABC. First BPA number is 123 and the second one is 789;
• BPA 123 is valid until March 31^st;
• BPA 789 is valid from April 1^st until end of current year;
• BPAs are not Global;
• BPAs are for the same supplier;
• BPAs are defined in the ASL and release method is Automatic Release;
• On BPA 123 purchase item price is 3$;
• On BPA 789 purchase item price is 4$;

  

Scenario:

Today March 29^th I create a manual PO release. I’m allowed to cut it against the BPA 123. This guy is still valid.
