Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to cancel "Awaiting Invoice Interface -on Hold" (INVOICE_HOLD)?

We have an order with one billing line, which is on the "Awaiting Invoice Interface -on Hold" INVOICE_HOLD.

We need to cancel this order, if we release the hold. it will automatically INVOICE.

How to cancel this order?

Please share some ideas to cancel this order.
