High CPU load after upgrade to Siebel 15.8

Hello All.

We upgraded production env to Siebel 15.8 from 8.1.1.11.17. OS is RHEL 6.5/

And faced strange performance problem after upgrade.

Under high user activity cpu load rise dramatically.

Before upgrade cpu load on frontend servers was about 30% at peak hours.

Now it's about 95%.

At collected SARM I can see strange script activity.

The most time app spent to execute  CSSCLIGarbageCollector::GarbageCollect

In old SARM form previous version I don't see garbage activities at all.

Maybe somebody faced the same problem.

I opened SR with severity 1. But till is no results.
