When we try to save report output that is text format, it defaults to .mht

We have run the standard Account Analysis 180 in GL.  This report is published to the standard text output.  We view the output of this report and click on Tools>Copy File.  We then save the file to our local drive, or network drive.  When we do this, the default file name is" FNDWRR_exe" and the default file type is .mht..  We have also run the same report with parameters that narrow the amount of data returned, and when we save this report, the default name is "Account_Analysis_180_Char_yymmdd".  The default file type is .txt.  Is there any reason for this difference?
