SR not auto closing

We set it up so that certain responsibilities are set up so their Service Requests auto close when all tasks are closed while other responsibilities are set up so that their Service Requests stay open and they manually close it. We are seeing this scenario happening:

SR set up under a responsibility that it should auto close after all tasks are closed.

Task is created on that SR and the task is closed by a responsibility in which the SR does not auto close when all tasks are closed.

The SR remains open even though the responsibility it is created under is set for it to auto close.
