Difference in Requision self service and Supplier self service

Hi,

I am using JDE9.1. Just wanted to understand RSS and SSS are separate functionality in JDE or both share same applications. Do we have separate documents for them.

I am looking for Supplier self service and its capability to interact for response to the quote? Will supplier able to response to the quote on his own once he get intimation?
