Oracle VM For SPARC - p2v questions

Hello,

I'm considering to do a p2v conversion of a Solaris 10 for SPARC, to a Oracle VM Server for SPARC (LDOM). The major problem here is that the Solaris 10 is part of a Veritas Cluster and the CDOM is being controlled by an Oracle VM Manager.

We need the source/guest OS just as it is, and maybe exclude some mountpoints from the collection/conversion (mounted by Veritas Cluster), because we could migrate the app inside it afterwards.

I'm researching about this procedure, but still didn't found some answers, maybe someone's able to help me:

  1 - Will I be able to convert the Solaris 10, even if the disks are being controlled by the Veritas Cluster? (does it "copy" all contents and "paste" inside a pool/dataset in the converted LDOM?)
