Xcenter Database Scripts not running against Oracle 12c DB

Following script from .\V100331-01.zip\windows_64_oracle_install,upgrade\OracleRetailXstoreOffice_15_0_0_549_XST_0_0_0.zip\ (V100331-01.zip is the xoffice install from edelivery website)

.\OracleRetailXstoreOffice_15_0_0_549_XST_0_0_0\15.0.0.549_0.0.0\xcenter\xstore-15.0.0.549-0.0.0-XST-xcenter-install-SCHEMA.sql

Several errors occur when running the script, I followed the installation documentation in http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E62107_01/xoffice/pdf/150/xstoresuite-150-merch-150-impg.pdf

I am at page 41 section Xcenter Database Scripts, step 28. Run the schema script you edited in step 26., this assumes a mssql server, not Oracle DB.
