Subledger using

Dear ,

i have two different companies i need to  enter journal entry with the same subledger No  in both companies i have the following senario:

i open subledger in address book with search type F and  with business unit 365000( Balance sheet) i use it in company 365 in jorunal entry

so can i use this the same subledger in entries in company 360 however the business unit for the subledger is 365000  without any problems in balances ?

i use 9.1
