Inventory reorder point planning report and Rorder point planning report

In Inventory, there is a report Inventory reorder point planning report(INVIRROP) , also has a program Reorder point report(MRPRPROP), what's the difference between these two reports?

Do these two reports following same planning logic?

Is there any documents for these two reports?
