Limiting number of front end users in E-Businesses suit.

Hi ,

We need to limit the number of users (Front end users / connections ) connected to the E-Businesses suit.

let's say if 100 users got connected and 101 user tries to connect he / she should get a warning that " Max number of users got connected please try after some time ".

kindly let us know how can we implement it.
