Performance problems at SO entry forms adjustment tab

Hello,

my colleagues have problems with price adjustment functionality. If they use view adjustments tab to change net or gross prices, their Oracle connection gets really slow and for some times it shuts down completely. Than the order gets locked to previous session(which were terminated by disconnection) and it is not possible to do any changes for a while.

As this issue occurs completely randomly, is there any trace options which I can activate for users, to try catch and record this problem?? Any profile options or so?
