Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. No item on the list of value when trying to create new formula

Hi, I had problem when i tried to create new formula,

There is no item on the list of value of product, by-product, and ingredients lines.

I have defined items as recipe enabled and also assigned them to organization that specified as process manufacturing enabled.

I have defined that organization in Product development security manager as laboratory and plant too.

Have anyone ever faced this same issue?

Please tell me what should i do to resolve it. Thanks before
