Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

We are having a requirement that once a Receipt is reversed, User want to enter a follow up actions in the Receipt Information DFF.

Example: Few days after the Receipt is reversed, User will update the DFF that a new Cheque was given instead of the bounced one.

But once the Receipt is reserved, the Form become view only. User cannot update any info in the DFF.

How to achieve this requirement.
