running admkappsutil.pl does not recreate the scripts folder

Greetings,

the scripts folder, under appsutil folder, is missing. I tried to run perl <AD_TOP>/bin/admkappsutil.pl and appsutil.zip file is generated ok. However, the generated appsutil directory when run uzip -o appsutil.zip does NOT have the scripts folder !!!

it is VISION single instance installation.

any advise please ?

the logfile for admkappsutil.pl does not have any error.
