Currency Parameter for Costing of Item, Setup

Where can I find the parameter that shows what currency is used for an item's cost basis?

We have CAD and USD  in our Inventory Organizations which I know by 'tribal' knowledge. However, I would like to place the currency used for costing in a report to help all others see the currency in affect for an Item's cost. Is it Item, Organizational....??? We do not mix currencies. If the IO is a Canadian Org, all items are CAD; likewise if US Organization - USD. No mixing of currencies within an I/O.

My company has Cost Management installed, R12.
