What type of transmitter method should be chosen when signing up for TCC on AIR for E1?

There are two types of transmitter methods, I can't find for E1 specifically which one is going to be delivered in the ESU for the upload to IRS via the AIR site.  Is it via Transmission Method “ISS-UI for ACA Internet Transmitter”?  That is what I found that Peoplesoft is using.  The other choice ISS-A2A channel.
