How to perform a Move order of a trackable item to projects?

One of the scenario we have as a requirement is:

- Some items will be stockable and trackable. They will be stored in inventory and the move order functionality will be used to issue out these items to projects and tracked in asset tracking.

What are the steps to achieve this scenario?

Could someone please help and share your valuable inputs.
