Need information on how to enabled MOAC in custom form (10g) .fmb

Hi,

We had a requirement that we had a custom form in 11.5.10 based on a view. Now we need to migrate to R12.2.5. This form is based on a custom view. So we need to add MOAC code to the custom form for remediation.

Did anyone developed MOAC enabled custom form (10g D2k form)?

If yes, could you please share the .fmb or the sample code to add in the triggers.

We have already gone through DocID:  420787.1, but we are not clear.
