Internet Explorer 11 produces display issue in PO Activity Summary page - Rel 9.2

When viewing and personalizing the PO Activity Summary page via chrome v 46, the PO Activity Summary page displays correctly. However, when viewing the same page via Internet Explorer 11 the page displays incorrectly. See attachment below for problem details.
