Question on Eloqua

Is this the right forum to ask the following question:

The integrations and Auto Sync feature of Eloqua fails when it tries to run the automated process for CRM On Demand.

 

"No specific error codes in Eloqua. 


Eloqua support said the syncs are timing out. 


Eloqua tried to pull 1 record from and push 1 record to CRM and they both timed out with no additional error messages."


I quoted this information from my Eloqua Team. I have created an SR with Oracle to find out more! Let me know if you came across such issue before.

Below screenshot is the pending jobs from Eloqua side with respect to CRM
