How can we be automatically alerted to new ESU's and bugs for the HCM module?

Hello,

We've occasionally run into issues that require opening an SR only to find out that the root cause is a bug that was fixed months ago by an ESU missing in our environment.  Is there a way to subscribe to new ESU's or bugs that are released so we can proactively address issues?  Thank you.
