Is there a Payroll Year End Report which will generate YTD State Withholding details by Employee?

Hello,

We are out of balance for Q1 2016.  Our State Magnetic totals are more than our Federal Magnetic totals.  Is there a YE Reconciliation report which would generate YTD State Withholding details by Employee?  We already ran the Unacceptable Tax Balances report and it did not help to point us in the right direction.
