Attachments not going with email

Hi ,

We have a requirement to send the HTML file as an attachment to the customers. For this we have written script which uses GetFile method to get the file path and OCM --> SendMessage method the send the mail. Mail is being sent but without attachment.

It is working as expected in DEV but not working in PROD env.

Please let me know if anything is missed as this is urgent .
